- Basic Information
- Q. What are the check-in and check-out time?
- A. Check-in time is accepted from 3 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am. You can choose your check-in time, but if you plan to arrive later than the previously notified check-in time, please let us know in advance.
- Q. Is early check-in and/or late check-out available?
- A. We may respond depending on the vacancy status on the day. Please contact the hotel directly. If late check-out is possible, 2500yen (tax included) per hour will be charged for up to 6 hours, and the entire room charge will be charged for over 6 hours.
- Q. What are the room fixtures, rental items, amenities, and lounge facilities?
- A. Please check the bottom of the Room Page. ※Rental items are limited.
- Q. Can children stay as well? Will the room rate change?
- A. Children of all ages can stay, but please check the bed width to make sure you have enough space for your child to sleep before making a reservation. In addition, as this hotel has a sauna, please be sure to have a guardian accompany your child in the room for safety reasons and do not leave only the child in the room. The room rate is the same regardless of the number of guests.
- Q. When will the cancellation fee be charged?
- A. If you cancel your stay, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows;
Contact the day before: 20%
Contact on the day: 80%
If you cancel the reservation without contacting us: 100% - Q. Are we allowed to wait for cancellation?
- A. We do not accept cancellation waiting. If there is a cancellation, it will reflect on each reservation website, so please check the reservation websites constantly.
- Q. when I can make a reservation?
- A. We accept reservations on the 1st of 5 months in advance from the reservation month you want to make. For example, the reservation for 1st September to 30st September can be made from 1st April.*Please note that reservations can be made as soon as preparations are complete.
- Q. What should I do if my plane delayed and cannot contact the hotel?
- A. Please try to contact the hotel if you know your approximate arrival time. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled automatically after midnight.
- Q. What type of credit cards are able to use?
- A. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discovery.
- Q. Can I use other Identification Card other than my passport?
- A. We only accept passports as an Identification Card.
- Q. Will you clean my room during my stay?

- About facility use
- Q. Can I use the internet in the room?
- A. Guests are fully equipped with Wi-Fi for free of charge in all rooms, the lobby, and the lounge.
Please note that you will need to enter the ID and password. - Q. Are we able to post pictures and videos that are taken inside the hotel on social media?
- A. Please feel free to post unless the purpose is to earn income from distribution or sales (business purpose). If you can speak to the nearest staff, we will support you in taking a memorable photo. However, please refrain from taking pictures that make other customers uncomfortable or posting content that makes viewers uncomfortable. When shooting for business purposes or interviews, please be sure to obtain permission from the hotel in advance (before the date of use).
- Q. Is there a parking lot?
- A. Parking is available for 3000yen (tax included) per night. The staff will pick up and park your vehicle, so please park in front of the car lift and bring your key to the reception. As the number of lots are limited, please be sure to order at the time of booking. Vehicles can be stored up to 2m in height, 2m in width, 5m in length, and 2.3t in weight.
※Please note that vehicles cannot enter or leave the parking lot between 11 am to 3 pm. - Q. Is there a space to smoke in the hotel?
- A. We have an outdoor smoking area exclusively for guests.
- Q. Can only minors (17 years old and younger are minors in Japan) stay?
- A. We do not accept accommodation for minors only.
- Q. Are pets allowed to stay?
- A. We do not accept pets.
- Q. Do you have rooms for disabled guests?
- A. There is no universal room. Slopes are available, so please ask the reception staff.
- Q. Is there a coin laundry?
- A. There is no coin laundry. We will guide you to the nearest coin laundry at the reception.
- About correspondence to children
- Q. Are there any amenities or rental equipment for infants?
- A. We offer amenities and rental goods for children so that guests with infants can relax during their stay. Please check the bottom of the Room Page. ※There is a limit to the number of items that can be rented. Please contact the reception.
- Q. Is there an additional fee for children?
- A. Our hotel charges per room, so the room fee will be the same regardless of age and number of people. However, a child under six years old who sleeps in the same bed with a parent will not be counted as one person. Children sleeping alone in one bed or over seven years old will be counted as one person.
- Q. Which age can sleep in the same bed?
- A. Six years and younger can sleep in the same bed, but please check the bed width of each room in advance. Six years and older will be counted as one person.
- About the Sauna
- Q. How many dry saunas and wet (mist) sauna rooms are there?
- A. The hotel has a dry sauna (löyly: Finnish style sauna) or wet (mist) sauna in all rooms.
Dry Sauna: 10 rooms in total
Wet Sauna: 21 rooms in total
Both Dry Sauna and Wet Sauna: 1 room (suite room) - Q. How many people can use the dry sauna at the same time?
- A. A dry sauna in a normal room is expected to be used by 1-2 people, and the suite room (only 1 room) is expected to be used by 2-3 people.
- Q. How many people can use the wet sauna at the same time?
- A. A wet sauna is expected to be used by 1-2 people
- Q. What is the temperature of the dry sauna?
- A. It will reach about 90 degrees in 30 to 60min after the power is turned on.
※Please note that it may change depending on the outside air temperature. - Q. What is the temperature of the cold-water bath?
- A. It will be around 20 degrees.

- About Meals
- Q. What is the breakfast menu?
- A. Bread / Soup / Salad / Yogurt / Coffee / Tea will be delivered to your room.
The soup is kept in a heat-retaining pot for the number of people. - Q. Is there a kid’s menu for breakfast?
- A. There is no children’s breakfast menu available. Children over seven years old will be served the same menu as adults, but instead of coffee and tea, they will be served either an orange or apple juice. Please inquire to the reception staff. For pre-school children, we will only provide orange juice or apple juice. (Only when ordering breakfast for the family)
- Q. Do you provide meals for allergies?
- A. Unfortunately, we cannot change the menu items, so we cannot provide meals for allergies.
- Q. Do you disclose allergens?
- A. Not Available.
- Q. Is there a vegetarian / halal options for breakfast?
- A. Not Available.
- Q. Are we allowed to order food deliveries?
- A. Food delivery is allowed. Please hand it over in the lobby on the 1st floor.
Feel free to use the plates that are rented at the lounge on the 2nd floor. - Q. Can I order breakfast on the day?
- A. Same-day orders cannot be placed. However, you can order on the day before when you check in at the reception.

- About Baggage
- Q. Can I send my baggage to the hotel?
- A. You can send your baggage to the hotel only if it is from Japan. If you will send them, please fill in the following on the shipping slip and send it.
