Hotel Regulations
We have established these Hotel Regulations as set forth below pursuant to Article 10 of General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract in order to ensure our guests a safe and pleasant stay. Please read and comply with these Hotel Regulations. We would also appreciate that you follow our staff’s instructions based on the General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract and these Hotel Regulations.
If you do not comply with these Hotel Regulations, we will not permit your use of Hotel facilities or your stay at the Hotel pursuant to Article 5 of General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract.
We will not be responsible for any damages incurred by any guest due to such guest’s noncompliance with these Hotel Regulations. We will require you to compensate any damages incurred by us for the same reason.
- Use of Hotel

- 1.The use of this Hotel for business purposes is prohibited, unless the Hotel has given prior written consent.
- 2.Please refrain from disseminating or posting any advertisements or selling any goods, etc. within the Hotel premises without the Hotel’s permission.
- 3.Promotional activities such as dissemination of fliers or signature-collecting campaign within the Hotel premises are prohibited.
- 4.Please refrain from displaying goods that will alter the appearance of the Hotel.
- 5.There may be cases where the Hotel will not permit an underage guest from staying at the Hotel if such guest has not received permission from his or her guardian.
- 6.Our staff will not accept any tips, etc.
- 7.Extended stays in the terrace and lounge may be refused during busy periods.
- Guestrooms

- 1.Please make sure that you lock your room while staying at the Hotel.
- 2.Please do not use fire or candles without the permission of the Hotel.
- 3.When you have visitors, please keep the door locked when you check who is at the door. Please make sure that you do not carelessly unlock the door for any suspicious visitors.
- 4.Please refrain from using the guestrooms to meet with visitors without notifying the Hotel beforehand.
- 5.Please refrain from inviting anyone to your room or from allowing anyone to stay at your room other than the guest and his, her or its companion(s) who are registered with the Hotel pursuant to Article 7 of General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract.
- 6.Hotel staff may enter into the guestroom, or may move furniture or goods in the guestroom. Please take care of your cash and valuables on your own, and please let us know in advance of any item that you do not wish to be moved in the guestroom.
- Common Areas, etc.

- 1.Please check the evacuation map and emergency exits on each floor.
- 2.Please refrain from entering or using the emergency facilities or rooftop unless it is an emergency or under unavoidable circumstances. Entry into personnel-only area is prohibited.
- 3.Please refrain from leaving your belongings unattended in the corridor, lobby, etc.
- Sanitation Management

- 1.There may be times when the Hotel will ask you to refrain from using the Hotel facilities, refrain from staying at the Hotel or restrict the areas in the Hotel where you may go, if you fall under any of the following:
a. If you are suspected of having food poisoning such as norovirus infection; or
b. If you are suspected of having an infection which has been designated by the Act on Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients Suffering from Infectious Diseases and its enforcement ordinance.
- 1.There may be times when the Hotel will ask you to refrain from using the Hotel facilities, refrain from staying at the Hotel or restrict the areas in the Hotel where you may go, if you fall under any of the following:
- Filming

- 1.Filming or recording within the Hotel premises for business purposes without the Hotel’s permission is prohibited. Please refrain from using any film or recording for business purposes without the Hotel’s permission even if such filming or recording is personal filming or recording.
- 2.Please refrain any filming which may bother other guests or which may make other guests feel uncomfortable. There may be times when the Hotel will ask you to refrain any filming which has not received the Hotel’s permission even if such filming is personal filming.
- Smoking

- 1.Smoking is not permitted in the Hotel including inside the guestrooms. Please refrain from smoking outside the designated areas.
- Care for Other Guests

- 1.Guests may not bring in pets and other animals, unless there are any relevant provisions that may prescribe otherwise. With respect to assistance dogs for physically disabled persons as prescribed in the Act on Assistance Dogs for Physically Disabled Persons, the Hotel will act in compliance with such law.
- 2.Please do not bring any items with unpleasant odor into the Hotel.
- 3.Please do not engage in any act causing loud noises such as talking or singing in a loud voice, or turning up the volume of the television or audio equipment.
- 4.There may be times when the Hotel will ask you to be in an appearance which the Hotel considers as appropriate when using places in the Hotel outside your room.
- 5.Please refrain from using, saying or acting in a manner that may make other guests feel offended or uncomfortable.
- Public Order and Standards of Decency

- 1.Please refrain from gambling, inappropriate behavior in public, and using words and actions that are against public order and standards of decency.
- 2.Please do not bring into the Hotel premises any items whose possession is prohibited by laws and regulations such as guns, knives and drugs.
- 3.Please do not bring into the Hotel premises any items that will cause other guests or our staff to feel uncomfortable or which may endanger their safety.
- 4.The Hotel will not permit the guest’s use of Hotel if it becomes clear that the guest or the guest’s companion is a member of or is involved with an organized crime group or an anti-social group, as prescribed in the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members.
- 5.The Hotel will not permit the guest’s use of Hotel if such guest or any person related to such guest is deemed to have engaged in acts such as violence, threat, extortion or obstruction of business by force.
- 6.The Hotel will not permit the guest’s use of Hotel if such guest or any person related to such guest has engaged in, or is deemed as quite likely to have engaged in, any act in violation of law or regulation.
- Protection of Building, Facilities, etc.

- 1.Please refrain from moving, processing or using the equipment or furnishings inside the Hotel premises for any purposes other than their intended purpose.
- 2.Please do not bring into the Hotel any gunpowder, gasoline, or combustible or flammable item.
- 3.Please refrain from using heating and cooking apparatus inside your room.
- 4.Please do not engage in any act that may cause fire inside the Hotel premises.
- 5.If you have lost, damaged, stained or odorized the building, equipment, furnishings or trees or plants, there may be times when the Hotel will require you to compensate the damages.
- Personal Items and Lost Items

- 1.Please take care of personal items including cash and valuables on your own. There may be cases where the Hotel will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
- 2.The Hotel will keep in its custody any lost items found at any common areas inside the Hotel premises or inside any guestrooms after the guests have checked out and will discard them after a certain period according to the laws and regulations.
- 3.If the Hotel incurs any costs for returning any lost item to the owner, the owner will be responsible for such costs.
- 4.Disposal and handling fee will be charged to hotel guest when large-sized trash is willfully or negligently left in the guest room or on the hotel premises. If hotel guest does not contact the hotel regarding his/her luggage within one week from the date of check out, the luggage will be deemed to have been left willingly and will be disposed of accordingly.
- Settlement

- 1.There may be cases where the Hotel will require the guests to make a deposit or will check your credit card before your use of Hotel.
- 2.The Hotel will not temporarily pay on the guests’ behalf any payments which arose outside of the Hotel such as taxi fare or payments for shopping outside the Hotel or permit the guests to make all of such payments to the Hotel in lump sum at the time of check-out.
- 3.If you wish to pay all the fees for use of Hotel in lump sum at the time of check-out, please bring your room key or anything that the Hotel can use to confirm your room number.
- 4.If the Hotel requests you to make any payment during your stay at the Hotel, please make the payment at that time.
- 5.The Hotel only accepts payments in cash (Japanese yen), by any credit cards accepted by the Hotel, or by any other payment methods accepted by the Hotel.
- 6.Please contact the reception desk if you wish to change your reserved accommodation plan. If you wish to extend the number of nights for which you plan to stay, the Hotel will ask you to enter into a new accommodation contract and to make payment of fees accrued until then.
