Regarding the Issuing of Receipts

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services, we would like to inform you of the recent updates regarding our invoicing system.

Kindly take note of the following changes regarding receipt issuance in our establishment:

・Please note that only one (1) receipt will be issued per payment or transaction.

・Issuance of receipts for partial payments or for accommodation fees divided by night or by room has been discontinued.

・For bookings with multiple guests in one room, we are unable to issue separate receipts for each guest.

・Lastly, we are also unable to combine multiple receipts into a single receipt.
