A toast plate featuring “Mou” the signature bread from the popular bakery “Bread, Espresso &”.

“Mou” Shokupan (Japanese Milk Bread)
Our signature loaf from the popular Tokyo Omotesando bakery “Bread, Espresso &”.
Made with generous amounts of butter, it is exceptionally soft-even to the crust-and has a rich, moist texture.

Farmhouse Bacon
Carefully cured with salt and slowly developed for deep flavor.
Through drying and heating processes, it achieves a fragrant aroma and concentrated umami.

Iwaizumi Yogurt
Made from fresh milk from Iwaizumi, Iwate, and slowly fermented at low temperatures.
It features a pleasantly thick texture and a rich, full-bodied flavor.

Spanish Omelette
A homemade omelette made with seasonal vegetables and three types of cheese.
Lightly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, it captures the sweetness of vegetables and the richness of cheese.

Taiwanese Rice Porridge
A homemade congee carefully prepared with scallops, dried shrimp, and dried shiitake mushrooms, simmered in chicken broth.
Its gentle, clear flavor gradually warms and nourishes the body.

Beef Tongue Curry
Tender beef tongue simmered in red wine for three hours.
It offers a melt-in-your-mouth texture and deeply concentrated flavor.
